The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the engineering or construction industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry.

The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pillar Engineering LLC is seeking a meticulous and experienced Construction Field Inspector to join our team. The Construction Field Inspector will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong knowledge of construction standards and codes, and the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.  

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection or a related role.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and regulations.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
  
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
  
• Certification in construction inspection (e.g., ICC, ACI) is a plus.
