Pillar Engineering LLC is led by Eric Pessima, Owner and Principal, a PMP-certified Project Engineer with over 10 years of experience in construction management, transportation project delivery, and public-sector infrastructure services. Mr. Pessima brings a strong track record in project controls, compliance coordination, and direct field management, supporting complex roadway and infrastructure projects from planning through execution.

Known for his detail-oriented and results-driven approach, he specializes in optimizing project performance, improving productivity, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and client requirements.

His leadership combines technical expertise with practical field experience, enabling effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and agencies. Under his direction, the firm delivers high-quality, efficient, and compliant solutions tailored to meet the demands of transportation and infrastructure projects.
